When will I get access after purchase?
Access is typically instant. After checkout, you’ll receive an email with your download link within a few minutes. Download the ZIP, unzip it, and open the files in your preferred software. If you don’t see the email, check spam/promotions or contact contact@klevs.com.
What file formats are included?
You’ll receive SVG, DXF, and PDF. Files are organized by material thickness (3mm / 4mm / 6mm) and include a Test Cut Card to fine-tune kerf for clean fits.
Will the files work with my machine and software?
Yes. The formats are widely compatible with many CO₂ and diode workflows. Most customers use software like LightBurn, Illustrator, Inkscape, or other design/cutter apps. For best results, run the included Test Cut Card on your material to dial in kerf and settings.
Can I sell products made from these designs?
Yes—commercial use of finished physical items is allowed. What’s not allowed is sharing, reselling, or redistributing the digital files (even modified versions).
What if my download link expires or I lose the files?
If you ever lose access, email contact@klevs.com with your order email or order number, and we’ll help restore access. We also recommend saving a local backup after downloading.
Can I edit the files for my specific projects?
Yes—editing is allowed for personal or commercial production (resize, adjust slots, add engraving, etc.). If you change material thickness or scale, use the Test Cut Card again to confirm fit. Please don’t redistribute the digital files.
